Mrs Youma Niangadou is the Founder of Youma’s Beauty. With her experience as a former professional high fashion Model, business training from Columbia Business School, and passion for natural hair, she addressed natural hair discrimination in the fashion industry through the Natural Hair Struggle In Fashion Documentary and Youma’s Natural Hair Workshop, a natural hair sensitivity and technical training workshop for Hairstylists. With her degree in International Relations and diplomacy, Youma Co-Founded the Mali Siniyen Siki Organization based in Bamako, Mali, to provide direct aid to developing populations.  

Moussa Niangadou is a successful Entrepreneur and Philanthropist with a degree in Business and expertise in entrepreneurism through his Mali-based tech company, 223 Electronics. He is the co-founder and global director of Youma’s Beauty, starting operations in Africa and securing celebrity endorsements, retail partnerships, and marketing campaigns in Mali. With his passion for human rights activism, Niangadou also started and serves as President of the Mali Siniyen Siki Organization, a nonprofit organization he created to aid civilians, including orphans, in Mali, affected by war through charitable events.
