Youma Niangadou is the Founder of Youma’s Beauty . Her own experience as a former professional high fashion Model and expertise in natural hair enabled her to address natural hair discrimination in the fashion industry through the Natural Hair Struggle In Fashion Documentary and Youma’s Natural Hair Workshop, a natural hair sensitivity and technical training workshop for Hairstylists. Alongside her husband Niangadou and with her degree in International Relations and diplomacy, Youma is the Secretary of the Mali Siniyen Siki Organization based in Bamako, Mali. Currently, Youma is educating and empowering Entrepreneurs through “Ask The Founders” by offering contacts and resources to aspiring and veteran Entrepreneurs, helping them start and grow their product/service based business internationally. 

Moussa Niangadou is a successful Entrepreneur and Philanthropist. With his degree in Business and his expertise in entrepreneurism through his tech company 223 Electronics and as Co Founder and Global Director of Youma’s Beauty, he started the operations of Youma’s Beauty in Africa by securing celebrity endorsements, retail partnerships and marketing campaigns in the country of Mali. Additionally, with his passion for human rights activism Niangadou is Founder and President of the Mali Siniyen Siki Organization, a non profit organization he created to aid civilians, including orphans, in Mali affected by war through charitable events. Niangadou is currently in the process of securing the first flagship location of Youma’s Beauty in Bamako,Mali.
